The realization and confirmation of an order to Eria Componentes, implies the acceptance by the customer of the legal conditions attached.
Eria Componentes, may cancel any customer order if it detects that there has been an error in the price at the time of purchase.
Eria Componentes, will not send any order until it verifies that the payment has been made.
Delivery time in mainland Spain is 2-3 working days. No deliveries will be made on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. If your population is located far from large urban centers, it is possible that the time frame may be extended by one day. As a general rule, orders are processed from Monday to Friday between 1 and 2 working days after the order is placed. This deadline is generally met although it should be noted that orders will be shipped within the limits of available stock. The delivery method is by courier, and the delivery time contracted with the transport agencies for orders is 24/48 hours from the moment the merchandise leaves our warehouse.
The process starts from the moment the order is placed and the payment is confirmed. For order entry purposes, orders received before 3:00 p.m. are considered to have been placed on the same day.

Shipments to third countries.
For shipments to third countries, please contact us directly. Due to variations in shipping and handling costs for shipments to third countries, we will not process these orders in the normal way through our online store. Shipping rates.
Eria Componentes can ship orders to the Peninsula.
Shipping costs will be free for the peninsula, provided that they exceed the indicated amount of 95 euros VAT included and that the weight or volume is not excessive (in this case Eria will contact the customer).

In any case, prior to acceptance of the order and payment, you will be informed of the total cost including shipping costs.
Orders are checked by two people before leaving our warehouse, with subsequent photography of the state of the packaging before and after closing, thus guaranteeing a correct service and avoiding possible problems.
Damage in transport.
We recommend that you check the package as soon as possible upon receipt and make sure that there is no damage done during transport and if there is any damage, please take a photograph of the damage.
In the event that the products delivered are damaged on the delivery route, you should call

if possible, as soon as possible. As a result, Eria Componentes will have the option to file a claim with the carrier or the carrier’s insurer regarding the damage caused. In case of any claim of damage, breakage, lack of material, please notify us as soon as possible. Indicate this in writing or by email to info@eriacomponentes.es.
Delivery is deemed to have been made when the carrier has delivered the products to the customer and the customer has signed the delivery conformity document. The customer shall be obliged to check and verify the condition of the products and to state all claims that may be justified in the delivery document.
Right of Withdrawal and Returns.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order you have a period of 14 calendar days to return it, counting from the date of delivery of the products, under Article 68 and following of the General Law for the defense of Consumers and Users and complementary laws.
In case of withdrawal on your part, the customer will be refunded the amount of the returned material, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from the customer’s choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive ordinary delivery method offered by us) without undue delay within 14 calendar days from the date on which the returned material is received.
In order to make the return, we provide you with a
withdrawal form
which must be filled in and sent following the instructions detailed therein.
In this case the cost of return will be borne by the customer and must be made by transport agency. No freight collect returns will be accepted:
Returns must be sent CARRIAGE PAID.
If the customer wishes, he/she can also contact us within the indicated period by email or telephone and will be informed of the return process in the most convenient or economical way. In this case, a confirmation will be sent to you by e-mail as acknowledgement of receipt. Any return without this prior communication will not be accepted.
In order to accept the return, the product must be in perfect condition, suitable for sale, unused beyond the mere verification that it is the material ordered and, where appropriate, the good condition of the same, in addition to sending it along with all the documentation accompanying the product and all its accessories. Otherwise, if the return is accepted, a depreciation of the goods may be applied. We therefore recommend that you initially check the material without handling it as far as possible, provided that visual inspection is possible without the need to open or remove seals.
The customer must make a correct packaging to ensure its transport without damages. Once received and verified by our staff that the product is in the required conditions, we will proceed to refund the amount of the article in case of withdrawal, by crediting the card used for payment or refund in Paypal, depending on the payment method used.
Exclusion of the right of withdrawal: No returns will be accepted for references that require customization or metering, nor for those references ordered from the manufacturer at the customer’s request or that clearly indicate that it is a material under order.
If you receive the order with any signs of damage, breakage of the packaging, humidity or any sign of tampering, please indicate on the delivery note the condition of the shipment in order to be able to claim the immediate replacement without delay from the transport agency.
Eriacomponentes.es, will accept returns due to defects in the merchandise and will never be responsible for installation failures when it is not carried out by our operators.
